Meet Margot!
by Margot Anderson
Hi! My name is Margot Anderson. Over the next few months I will share several blogs with you detailing how RockTape can be used on Equine. I am excited to share these incredible results with you in real time.
Just a bit about me, I retired from the Canadian Federal Government in 2017 and re-invented my life as a farm owner with lots of horses, including Clydesdales. I went to Guelph University online to learn how to look after them, and I found out about revolutionary online courses through holisticanimalstudies.org. It was there that I took my first Equine Kinesiology course using Rocktape. Over the course of my studies, I fell in love with Rocktape and Angel’s Animals Holistic Animal Studies. I now have 7Certifications from this online school, and have been personally trained by Dr. Angelique Barbara. These Certifications are: Equine and CanineKinesiology Taping, Animal Reiki Master, Myofunctional Therapy, Equine and Canine Craniosacral Therapy and Animal Neuro-Myofascial Release Therapy. I have also been blessed with an award with the title of Angel’s Animals Diamond Level Practitioner.
In 2014 I started my own film company through which I provide biosecurity, equine health and equine and human talent to production companies. If you would like to know more, you can view my website (still working on it!) at www.prairiewindproductionsab.com .
Why Equine Taping?
In this, my first Blog ever, I would like to share with you why I am so passionate about RockTape. RockTape is extremely beneficial in my Equine treatments and I have been using it consistently for years. I typically use it after a massage or ANMR (Animal Neuro-Myofascial Release Therapy).
In later Blogs, I will share with you how I use Rocktape to eliminate scars, new or old. I am especially excited for you to read my Blog on a rescued horse who had been starved and had a severe swayback. RockTape, and the love of her new owner, brought her back to health through support taping. I use RockTape on Navicular horses, horses with Ringbone, Stifle issues, TMJ pain and so much more. I look forward to sharing my blogs with you and sharing the amazing progress of Equines through the use of RockTape.
As I mentioned, when I retired, I reinvented myself, to do what I wanted to do and follow my passion with horses. This is not something I just do everyday. I live it.
Use our h20 RockTape for your Equine, canine and feline friends!

This beautiful lady is amazing. We rescue and foster horses and she has already made some major improvements on our special care horses. She is so passionate about the care and benefits she can provide. She works with all different temperament horses and is so patient with them. I’m so excited to see the progress in my herd, from massive scars to old and sore and malnutritioned and years of I’ll fitting equipment that has left a mature mare in a lot of discomfort. I’m also excited for her to start working on our dogs and rescue dogs! She is inspirational and I cant believe how much the RockTape works for equines. I wouldn’t have believed it until Margot showed me the magic in such a short period! You rock lady!!
A great introduction! I am so excited about the blogs to come! The information is so valuable for up and coming practitioners like myself!
Margot came to my farm and worked wonders on my old, blind, swaybacked mare. She gave her all to make sure my mare was relaxed, happy, and comfortable! I wouldnt trust anyone else with my old girl. Margot is the best!
Wow! The things I could say about Margot are endless. She not only loves and breathes her work, she is genuine and generous in the information and knowledge she passes down to her clients. She ALWAYS does what’s best for your animal, and gives you, the owners, the tools to continue improving your animals lives. She’s caring, she’s patient, explains her processes as to the WHAT, the WHY and the HOW. The first time I met her I knew she was the practitioner for me and my horses. She’s helped countless number of horses including a mare of mine who was a rescue, who suffers from ring bone. The first time this mare had taping done and within 3 days there was a dramatic difference in the swelling, movement and overall mood of my horse. Not to mention her continuing to share and educate me and others. She uplifts everyone around her and truly makes a difference in our animals lives. Very thankful for all she does for myself, my animals, and our community!
