Brett Sanders, OT has a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy as well as a Bachelor of Science degree from Springfield College. Brett has been an occupational therapist for 20 years and has treated in a variety of settings ranging from operating rooms to manufacturing floors. He began his career as a staff therapist treating hands, burns and providing acute care at St. Agnes Medical Center in Philadelphia.

He joined NovaCare Rehabilitation in 1999 as a hand specialist moving quickly to expand his specialties to include ergonomics, job analyses and testing. He is certified in ergonomic evaluation and assessment and treats in a wide range of industries including pharmaceuticals, production, aerospace, food and beverage, distribution, construction, cable and meat packing. As a leader in onsite therapy and ergonomics, Brett is sought after for his ability to resolve difficult ergonomic issues regarding repetitive strain situations and injuries by teaming with management, educating employees and methodically achieving desired results. In his role as Regional Manager on the WorkStrategies National Team he manages all regional onsite work, leads education of clinicians on all onsite services and heads special projects for large clients including Amazon and Ahold/Giant.
