Step 1: I wake up early and write down my daily goals.
Step 2: I set a routine and follow it. I always get more accomplished this way.
Step 3: I eat healthy foods, to give me more energy. Meal prepping also helps.
Step 4: I have a good coach and boss that supports me in being the best version of myself.
Step 5: I try to respond positively when life challenges me with set backs.
Step 6: I take my training outside once a week. I go for a walk, a run or a hick. It’s good for my mindset.
Step 7: I put away my phone or Netflix and spend some quality time with my pets, friends and family.
Step 8: Before going to bed, I write down 3 things that I am grateful for today. It can be as small as enjoying my coffee in the morning.
Step 9: I love what I do, and I am passionate about it.
Step 10: I have grit, determination & resilience.
